The INTRALOT Group, in compliance to the legislation in force, announces the completion of the acquisition of the 50% of the Cypriot company “KARENIA ENTERPRISES COMPANY LIMITED”, through its subsidiary INTRALOT Global Holdings BV, for the amount of €6.75 million.  KARENIA ENTERPRISES holds a 30% stake in “ATHENS RESORT CASINO S.A.” which holds 51% of the Hellenic Casino Parnitha S.A.
