The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Andreas Papoulias (executive member of the Board of Director and a person obligated to notify pursuant to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005) made the following transactions: on 7.10.2013 he sold 30,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT with a total value of €55,869.00 and on 8.10.2013 he sold 30,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT with a total value of €56,529.00.
