The Company "INTRALOT SA - INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES", bearing the distinctive title “INTRALOT”, following its announcement dated 27.07.2021 for the cancellation of 4,700,000 own shares from ATHEX on 02.08.2021 and in accordance with the provisions of art. 9 par. 5 & 21 of L.3556/2007, in combination with the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as in force, informs the investing community that:

INTRALOT’s paid up share capital currently amounts to forty-five million six hundred seventy-eight thousand five hundred sixteen euro and thirty cents (€45,678,516.30), divided into 152,261,721 common registered shares, with a nominal value of thirty cents (€0.30) each, and the total number of voting rights on the common registered shares of INTRALOT amounts to 152,261,721.

Therefore, INTRALOT holds 3,724,936 own shares, which represent 2.45% of its total share capital.
