The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on December 11, 2017:

- through EUROXX Securities 10,430 own shares with an average price of €1.0406 per share and a total purchase price €10,853.60 and

- through NBG Securities 33,869 own shares with an average price of €1.0285 per share and a total purchase price €34,833.46.
