The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 26, 2016, purchased on November 22, 2017:

-Through Investment Bank of Greece 6,000 own shares with an average price of €1.030 per share and a total purchase price €6,180.00,

- Through NBG Securities 15,216 own shares with an average price of €1.0284 per share and a total purchase price €15,647.48.
