The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 18, 2018:

- through NBG Securities 29,420 own shares with an average price of €1.1065 per share and a total purchase price €32,553.14,

- through Piraeus Sec. 116,459 own shares with an average price of €1.1194 per share and a total purchase price €130,364.99.
