The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on June 29, 2018:

- through Piraeus Securities 117,352 own shares with an average price of €0.9703 per share and a total purchase price €113,863.66,

- through Pantelakis Securities 25,000 own shares with an average price of €0.9569 per share and a total purchase price €23,922.62.
