Reply to a letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission

Following the announcement of INTRALOT dated 3.10.2017 and subsequent to the supplementary information request by the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, we inform you that the contribution of subsidiary Supreme Ventures Limited to INTRALOT Group for the reporting period of the twelve months ended June 30, 2017 (1.7.2016-30.6.2017) is the following:

1.        Sale proceeds: €358.9m (25.3% of Group)

2.        EBITDA: €15.5m (8.7% of Group)

3.        Net profit after tax attributable to the equity holders of the parent: €2.9m

4.        Total assets (30/6/2017): €59.4m (5.9% of Group).

 

Taking into account the above financial metrics and the fact that INTRALOT Group indirectly holds 24.95% of Supreme Ventures Limited through Intralot Caribbean Ventures Ltd, the sale agreement with a transaction consideration of USD 40m., that corresponds nearly 12 times the annual net profit after tax attributable to the equity holders of INTRALOT, is deemed to be beneficial for INTRALOT Group.
