INTRALOT S.A. following its notification dated 23/10/19 on the signing of the agreement with “Gamma Bidco S.r.I.” a company formed on behalf of funds managed by Apollo Management IX, L.P. (affiliated with Apollo Global Management, Inc.) related to the sale of its stake in Gamenet (6,000,000 shares or 20% of its share capital), announces that the final offer price increased from €12.5 to €13 per share, amounting to a total consideration of €78 million, following the fulfillment of contractual terms in the signed Share Purchase Agreement.
