The player journey is to scan a barcode or QR code to place a playslip or a bet. Players can prepare the palyslip using the mobile application and then scan the resulting QR code in a retail terminal inside a store to place the bet. Players can also scan a QR code displayed in retail stores, to load the mobile application, prepare the  playslip and proceed as described above.
