INTRALOT Systems Technical Division received the “Recognised for Excellence in Europe - 5 Stars” distinction from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), adding one more star to its current performance of excellence.

This year’s INTRALOT’s “5 stars distinction” ratifies its commitment for constant improvement and its engagement to business excellence. INTRALOT is being rewarded for achieving balanced results, by adding value to its customers, leading with vision, inspiration and integrity, managing by processes, succeeding through people, nurturing creativity and innovation, building partnerships and taking responsibility for a sustainable future.

This distinction is the result of a structured evaluation procedure held by EFQM. The assessment entailed evaluation of a detailed assessment report submitted by INTRALOT, followed by top management interviews and employee focus groups. This year INTRALOT’s continuous engagement to business excellence was also rewarded with the Gold Distinction by EEDE, the national partner organisation of EFQM. In 2007 INTRALOT was awarded with the “Committed to Excellence in Europe” recognition by EFQM passing in 2009 to the second level, “Recognised for Excellence in Europe - 4 Stars”.
