INTRALOT' S SHARES OUTPERFORMED THE GREEK GENERAL INDEX BY 35% IN 2002
INTRALOT' s shares increased 13% so far in May, whilst, at the same time the general index rose 9%. Since the beginning of 2002 the share has increased 28%, while the Greek General Index declined 7%. The significant growth in revenues and earnings in the first quarter of 2002 (approximately 32% in earnings before taxes and 20% in revenues compared to the equivalent quarter of 2001 - in a consolidated level) along with the acquisition of the sole betting operator of Bulgaria, Eurofootball, resulted a great interest in the stock.
The total market capitalization of the company stands at € 770 million approximately, a fact that places INTRALOT among the first twenty companies of Athens Stock exchange in terms of capitalization.
The stock currently trades above € 20.
